Paris Window involves adult siblings, roommates, and possible lovers, Sunny and Julian. In their apartment they engage in strange routine and ritual, shared meals and close quarters, backlit by the anesthetic glow of a looming television screen. Somewhere Sunny meets a man, David, who wants to take her out to a bar and grill. When he returns her home on the night of their first date, Julian realizes they share more than just an obsession with Sunny. David is his exact double, yet only Julian sees the similarities. Is it hallucination? Paranoia? Or something more insidious? Under the heavy influence of an ever-playing hypnosis infomercial, brother and sister begin to break apart – her toward a new lover and his sycophantic persistence; him toward delusion, sociopathy, and mania.
